BOTOX
Botox is a popular name for botulinum toxin.The toxin produced by Clostridium botulinum bacteria blocks the neuromuscular transduction. The result is a paralysis of the muscles in the area of administration of the toxin. The toxin does not damage the nerves or muscles, or their full functionality returns after a few months.
